1. Service

AURITA prepares AI-assisted advertising in three ways only: from a user description, from a product link, or from a website/service link. There is no separate photo or video generation mode.

2. Generations and price

The first three generations are free. After those three generations are used, each additional generation costs USD 4.99. Advertising spend charged by Meta or another advertising platform is separate from the AURITA generation price.

3. Meta connection and authorization

Connecting Facebook is optional. By choosing “Connect Facebook”, the user voluntarily starts Meta's authorization process and decides whether to grant the permissions shown by Meta. Granted access may be used only within available permissions to prepare, create, place and manage advertising and obtain campaign statistics/analytics for the user's authorized advertising resources. AURITA does not receive the user's Facebook password.

The user confirms that they are authorized to use any advertising account or business resource they connect. Permissions can be revoked through Meta. Meta services remain subject to Meta's own terms, policies, API availability and review requirements.

4. User responsibility and approval

The user is responsible for information and links supplied, rights to advertised content, reviewing generated material and campaign settings, and compliance with applicable law and platform advertising rules. AURITA does not guarantee sales, leads, clicks, impressions or financial results.

5. Prohibited use

AURITA may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or unauthorized advertising or to violate advertising-platform rules. AURITA may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary for safety, law or platform compliance.

6. Account deletion

The user may delete the AURITA account through the app menu. Deletion removes data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page and disconnects AURITA-held Meta access where supported. It does not delete the user's Facebook account.

7. Availability and liability

Features depend partly on third-party services and may change. To the extent permitted by law, AURITA is not responsible for platform outages, rejected ads, account restrictions, inaccurate user information or business decisions made by the user.

8. Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Polish law and relevant European Union law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the user's country.
