Terms of Service

1. Service
AURITA is an AI-assisted service intended to help users prepare digital advertising campaigns, including campaign goals, audience and location suggestions, budget structure, advertising text, creative guidance and campaign drafts.
2. User accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of their account and using only advertising accounts they are authorized to access.
3. Campaign approval
AURITA may prepare recommendations or drafts automatically, but the user is responsible for reviewing and approving campaign settings before publication or implementation where approval is available.
4. Advertising platforms
Some functionality may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta or TikTok. Availability depends on their APIs, permissions, review requirements, policies and technical availability.
5. Connected platform permissions
When connecting TikTok or another supported platform, you confirm that you are authorized to use the relevant account and grant only the permissions shown in the platform authorization flow. You may revoke access through the platform settings. AURITA never requires your third-party platform password.
6. Advertising budget and fees
AURITA service fees are separate from advertising spend charged by third-party advertising platforms. Prices displayed by AURITA are shown in USD unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Prohibited use and content
Users may not use AURITA for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or unauthorized advertising, or to violate third-party platform rules.
Uploaded or generated content must not contain unlawful sexual content, exploitation, violence, extremism, hate, weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous materials, fraud, infringement or content prohibited by the selected advertising platform. AURITA may moderate, block or remove content and suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety or compliance.
8. No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside AURITA's control. AURITA does not guarantee a specific number of customers, sales, impressions, clicks, leads or financial results.
9. Availability and changes
Features may be added, modified, suspended or removed as the product develops or as required by law or external platform policies.
10. Intellectual property
Users retain rights to materials they provide, subject to the permissions necessary for AURITA to process them and provide the requested service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use uploaded content.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AURITA is not liable for losses caused by third-party platform outages, rejected ads, account restrictions, inaccurate user information or business decisions made by the user.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable Polish law and relevant European Union law.
