Privacy Policy

Updated 11 October 2026

1. Controller

AURITA is operated by Serhii Krakovskyi, Stargard, Poland, NIP 8542457220. Contact: auritainfo@gmail.com.

2. Service and data

AURITA is an AI-assisted advertising service. Advertising can be generated only from: (a) a description supplied by the user, (b) a product link, or (c) a website/service link. AURITA may process account data, business and campaign information, links and page information supplied by the user, AI inputs/outputs, technical diagnostics, payment metadata, support communications and advertising-platform data authorized by the user. AURITA has no separate photo-generation or video-generation mode.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to provide the requested service, maintain accounts and generations, process payments, provide support, protect security, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability where permitted. Under GDPR, bases may include performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where specifically required.

4. Meta / Facebook authorization

Connecting Facebook is optional and voluntary. The user initiates connection by selecting “Connect Facebook” and completes Meta's authorization flow. Meta presents the permissions requested and the user decides whether to grant them. AURITA does not request, receive or store the user's Facebook password.

Within permissions granted by the user and made available by Meta, AURITA may access identifiers and advertising resources needed to prepare, create, place and manage advertising on Facebook/Instagram and retrieve advertising statistics and analytics, such as delivery, reach, impressions, clicks, spend and other campaign metrics made available by Meta. AURITA uses this access only for requested AURITA functions and does not sell data received through Meta.

The user may revoke platform access through Meta settings. Platform data is also processed by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy rules.

5. AI processing

AURITA may generate or adapt advertising text, campaign suggestions and related advertising material from information supplied through one of the three supported methods. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

6. Payments

The first three generations are free. After they are used, each additional generation costs USD 4.99. Payment providers may process payment details under their own policies. AURITA may receive transaction status, amount, currency and identifiers, but does not need to store full card numbers when a payment processor handles them. Advertising spend paid to Meta is separate.

7. Retention, deletion and disconnection

The user can delete the AURITA account through the app menu. After confirmation, AURITA deletes or anonymizes account data and associated service data that is not required to be retained by law, signs the user out of AURITA sessions, and removes or revokes AURITA-held Meta access tokens/permissions where supported by the integration. Deleting AURITA does not delete the user's Facebook account and cannot delete information Meta independently retains under its own legal basis. Transaction, tax, security or dispute records may be retained where legally required.

8. Providers, transfers and security

AURITA may use providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, payments, communications, security and infrastructure. International transfers use applicable legal safeguards where required. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Rights

Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

10. Contact and changes

Privacy requests: auritainfo@gmail.com. This policy may be updated when the service, integrations or legal requirements change.
