Account and Data Deletion

Delete from the AURITA app

Open the AURITA menu, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion. This is the primary self-service deletion method.

What deletion does

AURITA deletes or anonymizes the account and associated service data that is not required to be retained by law, ends AURITA account sessions, and removes or revokes AURITA-held Meta/Facebook access tokens or permissions where supported by the integration.

Facebook / Meta

Deleting AURITA does not delete your Facebook account. Meta may retain information independently under its own terms, privacy policy and legal obligations. You may also revoke AURITA access directly in your Meta/Facebook settings.

Required retention

Limited transaction, tax, accounting, security or dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
